Gtown Girls 8th Grade BBall Training

Service Description

This training program is for the Germantown 8th Grade Girls Basketball team. Within this program, we will introduce athletes to performance training. By doing so, athletes will improve performance and injury resilience. We will utilize a holistic approach to athlete performance training that encompasses all of the following: - Strength development and learning foundational exercises - Speed and agility development through engaging, gamified drills - Power and explosiveness training - Mobility, flexibility, coordination, and general athleticism training - Creating a gamified, engaging training environment that promotes positivity and enjoyment This program will be held at CSTS on Monday evenings from 6 - 645 pm starting September 30th and ending on December 16th. It will be 12 weeks long, with 1 training session per week - a total of 12 training sessions.
